Eli Fathi is CEO at MindBridge Ai, developer of the world’s first auditing tool based upon artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies – Ai Auditor – to uncover errors in financial data. Eli has been a technology entrepreneur for over 30 years, having founded or co-founded many successful technology companies. Eli was recognized as the 2018 AI Leader of the Year by the Digital Finance Institute and is a prolific speaker, including talks at the AICPA, Startup Canada Day on the Hill, and TEDx. Eli also gives back to the community by mentoring future business leaders and sitting on the boards of various non-profit organizations.
Chief Technology Officer
Robin has over 20 years of experience in business analytics and has a track record as an entrepreneur having worked in and founded successful software startups which were acquired by Cognos and IBM. At IBM, Robin was a technical executive and IBM Distinguished Engineer. Robin has patents and publications in the area of expert systems, security, data processing, and analytics. He holds a first-class honours degree in both Physics and Computing Science from Newcastle University in the UK.

Miyo is a market-driven executive with a superior track record in generating sustainable and profitable growth. With over 20 years of experience in multiple industries developing and implementing enterprise-wide transformation strategies, Miyo is passionate about creating irresistible cultures for employees and customers that promote engagement and increase revenue. Most recently at Deloitte Canada as Chief Transformation Officer, Managing Partner of Talent and Workplace, and member of the DTTL Board, Miyo has held leadership roles at University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital, TD Bank Group, and was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in the RBC Champions Category. Miyo has appeared in the Globe and Mail and BNN and has a Ph.D. in media studies and communications from McGill University.
Chief Client Officer
Alex is Chief Client Officer at MindBridge Ai. A published author on digital transformation and innovation, Alex is an established leader in Canada’s digital industry with a background that encompasses private enterprise and public service and is the co-Chair of the CIO Strategy Council. Prior to joining MindBridge, Alex served as Deputy Minister at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Canada, where he led the Government of Canada’s Information Technology Strategic Plan. Alex’s experience also includes President and CEO of the Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation (now Ingenium) and Vice President at OpenText.
Chief Financial Officer
Lori has over 30 years of experience working primarily with entrepreneurial growth companies, initially as a partner in a global accounting firm and subsequently as an executive, investor, advisor, and board member. Lori brings value based on her extensive experience with strategic transactions, complex financial matters, M&A, public offerings, due diligence, and business transformation. Lori also serves as a board member for publicly traded and privately-owned technology companies including Constellation Software, Pythian Group, and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. Lori has a Bachelor of Commerce with Highest Honours from Carleton University, and is accredited as a FCPA, FCA (Honor Roll) in Ontario, a CPA in the U.S., and has the ICD.D designation.
Solon Angel is the visionary founder of MindBridge Ai. His time in Silicon Valley shaped his business philosophy of watching trends and building product-centric companies that solve massive market problems. Solon’s 16 years experience in high-tech firms ranging from venture capital to business analytics and deep knowledge of human fraud detection make him the perfect technology strategist to reshape how organizations around the world detect and prevent corporate risk while deploying capital. Solon is a regular speaker at the ACFE, IIA, and ACFCS.
John is a veteran of the high-tech scene with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in business development, product marketing, sales, sales enablement, channel marketing, and alliances. John has worked with major international companies from Motorola, Avaya, and Nortel to start ups such as C-Port Networks (acquired by Motorola in 2000) and Vayyoo Inc. (acquired by CafeX in 2017). John takes prides in identifying opportunities in the market and delivering real business results that meet and exceed customers’ expectations. John graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours.
VP Corporate Development
Jim has a proven track record in identifying new areas of opportunity, delivering solutions that address customer challenges and developing long-term relationships that are based on confidence and trust. Working internationally and across Canada, Jim is a multifaceted professional who brings over 25 years’ experience in telecommunications and delivering secure identification solutions with companies such as Gandalf Technologies, Bell Canada, Aliant Telecom/NBTel, and Canadian Bank Note Company.
VP, Integrated Experience
John has made clients successful in every major market worldwide during his 17-year career in technology leading world-class sales and professional services organizations. This started after his departure as a corporate finance and accounting practitioner in 2000 so he could grow a startup to +425 employees and exit to IBM with a role of VP Sales Operations in 2010. During his stay at IBM, John held global roles running sales enablement, offering management and design leadership within the IBM Analytics division. He strives to lead clients to effectively use analytics to change the course of their business.
VP, Product Development
Chris is a 25-year veteran of the Ottawa technology sector with a proven track record as technical leader and entrepreneur, having founded and led private and public software startups, one of which was acquired by Microsoft. Chris holds an Honours Mathematics Degree in combined Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
