Job Description

  • Provide services or make sales directly to potential customers via the telephone or through email and instant messaging communications
  • Make and receive calls using a telephone headset
  • Read from a dynamic prepared script that applies to the situation at hand
  • Adjust scripts as necessary to target the individual interests of clients
  • Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance

Responsibilities

  • Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
  • Work with the marketing team to turn requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
  • Develop marketing materials to support a professional sales team by creating and managing designs, production, and printing materials to ensure that branding consistency is achieved

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and translate business and user requirements and technology constraints into simple yet meaningful user-centered design solutions.
  • Capture feedback from users, designers, product management and other stakeholders to test and iterate through design solutions
  • Produce user stories, scenarios, sketches, flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs through the production process

Qualifications

Job Description

  • Scale customer success team functions including Customer Success Managers, Data Solutions and Customer Support to IPO appropriate state
  • Own delivery of the customer journey
  • Deliver account growth and expansion to help achieve MBAi financial targets

Small and Medium-Sized Business Customer Success Manager (SMB CSM)

Ottawa office – full time

Do you have experience defining a customer journey and implementing a customer success program that results in customer advocates?  We are actively seeking individuals with Customer Success backgrounds who also have a strong entrepreneurial foundation to own our small and mid-sized business (SMB) onboarding program.

As part of the Customer Success team you will leverage existing resources, including the Customer Advocacy team, to define the post-sales SMB customer journey.  After defining the customer journey, you will own the creation and execution of a scalable onboarding program that will take customers from post-contract to customer advocate.

The SMB program will cover all aspects of the post-sale customer journey including transition from the growth team, onboarding, training and more.  Your success will be measured on: customer engagement rates, active referenceable customers, account growth and more.

Your average customer is an accountant with a minimum three years of professional experience and at least four years of post-secondary education and maintains a professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA, etc.  As highly analytical professionals, their work revolves around spread sheets, data conversions and resulting insights.  Your SMB program must enable your customers to complete their work with greater assurance, faster than their current process.

Required experience

  • Intermediate or senior level Customer Success experience; including account management, training and support
  • Successful creation and implementation of scalable onboarding program that resulted in increased product utilization, account growth and customer advocates

  • Implement a data driven decision making process; you discover hidden insights in your data and leverage those

IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance activities on computers within the MindBridge office environment
  • Problem-solve, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems including computers, AV equipment, and office network

Data Visualization and Communication: You know that storytelling with data is an important skill. You understand how to communicate analytic insights to everyday people without resorting to jargon.

Science/Statistics: You are not scared by Greek letters, and have empirical thinking at your core. You may have acquired these skills by studying Math, statistics or you have a scientific or engineering background. Statisticians, Biologists, Chemists or Physicists.

Machine Learning: You’ve used machine learning techniques, you know how logistic regression works and you can jump in and train a neural net model on data and understand if your results are any good.

Data Munging: You know how to work with data, shape it and manipulate it at will. Wizarding skills with data are highly desirable and knowledge of one or all of SQL, Apache Spark, TensorFlow, MatLab, R is an advantage.

Software Engineering: You are comfortable writing high-quality code in a professional setting. You should have some experience writing code and have worked on agile development teams.

Additional Skills

Our front-end team is always aiming to delight our users with an amazing UI and deliver powerful insights with modern and intuitive data visualizations.

The Basics: An enquiring mind, you are collaborative and like working with colleagues and clients to change the world. You have the ability to think strategically, self-direct and believe in bringing your best every day.

Software Engineering: You are familiar with team-oriented software development including agile methods, unit testing, continuous integration and rapid prototyping.  You are comfortable writing code in a functional-oriented programing language, building maintainable a scalable CSS and HTML.

Modeling and Design: You can understand and describe solutions in terms of conceptual models (Flow diagrams or equivalent) and software design patterns, and can express those concepts in code.

Web Components: You are comfortable creating web components following mockups and design guidelines.

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Angular JS, and/or Typescript preferred
  • BS or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technology field.
