As the Chief Executive Officer of MindBridge, Stephen leads the strategic direction and development of the company. With more than 30 years in the technology industry, Stephen has been the CEO at several influential start-ups, such as Cobalt Networks (which went public and was later acquired by Sun), Azul Systems, WorkMarket (acquired by ADP), and most recently, CloudBees. Additionally, he has held senior executive positions at major global technology companies, including HP, Cisco, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, and Automation Anywhere. Stephen has worked extensively in Canada and lived in Ontario and BC for years. Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in economics and finance from Babson College in Boston.
Robin joined MindBridge in July 2016 after a distinguished career at IBM, where he was the Chief Architect of IBM Watson Analytics. Robin led the original product concept from inception to delivery. After rapid adoption, the product won the InfoWorld Technology of the Year award in 2016. Earlier in his career, Robin founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Digital Aspects, which was later acquired by Cognos. Robin holds a B.Sc. in physics and computer science from Newcastle University.
Mike is responsible for driving MindBridge’s global marketing strategy, brand, and growth teams. Mike joined MindBridge in July 2023 with more than 25 years of product and marketing leadership experience. Prior to MindBridge, he was VP of marketing and product at Zengines, where he was a co-founder. Before Zengines, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for SecurityScorecard. He was also the CMO of Exari, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and strategic sale to Coupa.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stonehill College and a Master of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson.
Matthias has more than 15 years’ experience in investing in and managing high growth technology businesses. Prior to MindBridge he was CFO of IONOS, Europe’s largest mass market hoster where he also served on the board of several group companies. He as held leadership roles in several organizations including Summit Partners and Lokad SaS. Matthias holds a master of engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
Chris is a 30-year veteran of the Ottawa technology sector with a proven track record as technical leader and entrepreneur, having founded and led private and public software startups, one of which was acquired by Microsoft. Chris holds an Honours Mathematics Degree in combined Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. As a leader in the R&D organization, Chris is responsible for the Product Development team and overall SDLC process at MindBridge, combining a history of successful technical leadership and entrepreneurism with a strong focus on individual and team growth.
Gillian Fischer has over 10 years experience in customer experience, transformational change, technology adoption, and business strategy. She has experience working with start-ups, scale-ups, government and multinational companies in both SaaS and professional services. Prior to MindBridge, Gillian spent several years at IBM where she gained global consulting experience executing large-scale transformation programs. Today at MindBridge, Gillian leads a team of professionals who help finance executives adopt AI technologies, such as Mindbridge in their organizations. Gillian is a thought leader and key note speaker in complex change and transformation.
Rachel is VP, AI & Product, responsible for leading our product strategy, data science work and our risk scoring approach. Prior to joining MindBridge, Rachel was the Head of Data Analytics Research at the UK National Audit Office, leading a team of data scientists and analysts in developing unique data analytics capabilities for financial audit. Rachel is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant and holds an MBA from Imperial College.
Jon has over 13 years of SaaS sales and leadership experience, which include new business acquisition, account growth, and customer retention. He joins MindBridge from Blackline, where over nine years he was successively promoted to Area Vice President. In 2021, he built out new Mid-Enterprise sales regions across the Eastern US & Canadian markets growing sales organization by 40%. Prior to Blackline, he served in senior sales and management positions at Servoy and SDS Digital.
Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.
