As part of our Global Services team, reporting to the Director of Customer Success, Support, and Education, you will collaborate closely with the Education Content Lead and Knowledge Manager to create, enhance, and maintain documentation and training materials for the MindBridge AI platform. Operating across multiple lines of business, the Technical Writer will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts in creating, maintaining, and evolving all user-facing product documentation for the MindBridge AI platform, including instructional guides, workflows, reference materials, infographics, release notes, and in-platform tutorials and copy.
