The Senior Manager/Director of Global Field Enablement will be responsible for executing MindBridge’s enablement plan, playing a pivotal role in empowering our customer-facing teams, partners and customers throughout the entire PADRE (Plan, Acquire, Deliver, Retain, Expand) customer engagement journey. This role will lead the design, development, and delivery or enablement content and a 3-level certification framework for each of the 12 key roles (evolve with business) in the customer journey.
