Random Draw Terms and Conditions
Prize Draw Details – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090
- Contest Description Participants have the opportunity to enter a random prize draw for a chance to win a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. (retail price ~$3400 USD)
- Eligibility To enter the draw, individuals must provide their name, company, and email address during the contest period.
- Contest Period The contest will run on June 10, 2025 to June 12, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT(local event time). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.
- How to Enter Visit booth #D111 during the contest period, complete provide your badge scan, and successfully complete the booth activity.
- Winner Selection and Notification A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place at 10:00 AM PT on June 12, 2025. The winner will be notified via email shortly after the draw.
- Prize Claim Instructions The winner must be present, visit the MindBridge booth #D111 and present valid identification before the end of the event day on June 12, 2025 to claim their prize.
Additional Terms:
- Entry is open only to individuals attending the Databricks Data+AI Summit in person.
- Multiple entries (booth activity participation) is allowed.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- MindBridge reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (e.g., proof of attendance).
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MindBridge reserves the right to amend, cancel, or postpone the giveaway without notice.
- The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the email provided.
