Random Draw Terms and Conditions
MindBridge AI Prize Draw Details – Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Sunglasses (Gen 2)
1. Contest Description
Participants have the opportunity to enter a random prize draw for a chance to win a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Sunglasses (Gen 2). (retail price $409 USD)
2. Eligibility
To enter the draw, individuals must provide a badge scan to obtain a raffle ticket during the contest period.
3. Contest Period
The contest will run on March 8, 2026 5:30 PM PST to March 10, 2026 4:30 PM PST (local event time). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit the MindBridge AI booth #223 during the contest period to watch a demo and receive a raffle ticket. Complete the raffle ticket form with your name, company, and email address. Only one entry per person per demo is permitted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Drawings will take place each day Sunday, March 8 through Tuesday, March 10 immediately following each demo, with 2 winners per drawing (6 total for the event). Winners will be notified via email shortly after the draw. Individuals are only eligible for one prize.
6. Prize Claim Instructions
Winners will be drawn from provided raffle tickets by MindBridge AI per demo, and winner must be available at the MindBridge booth during that particular demo time. If the winner is not present at the time of the announcement, a new winning ticket will be drawn. Previous draw tickets are removed from circulation before the next demo and draw. MindBridge reserves the right to scan attendee conference badges as part of the game draw for Meta glasses.
Additional Terms:
- Entry is open only to individuals attending the 2026 IIA GAM conference in person.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The winner will be selected at random during the respective demo drawing time.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- MindBridge reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (e.g., proof of attendance).
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MindBridge reserves the right to amend, cancel, or postpone the giveaway without notice.
