Random Draw Terms and Conditions

MindBridge Prize Draw Details – AirPods Pro 3

1. Contest Description

Participants have the opportunity to enter a random prize draw for a chance to win a pair of AirPods Pro 3. (retail price $249 USD)

2. Eligibility

To enter the draw, individuals must provide their name, company, and email address during the contest period.

3. Contest Period

The contest will run on November 19, 2025 8:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM (local event time). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Scan the QR Code during the contest period and complete the entry form with your name, company, and email address. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place at 9:00 AM EST on November 20, 2025. Winners will be notified via email shortly after the draw.

6. Prize Claim Instructions

Winners must reply to the follow-up email and provide valid identification to claim their AirPods. Winners must respond by the end of the event day to confirm their mailing address. If a winner does not reply by then, MindBridge will follow up via email after the event to arrange delivery to the provided address.

Additional Terms:

  • Entry is open only to individuals attending the Accounting Today PE Summit in person.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • MindBridge reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (e.g., proof of attendance).
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MindBridge reserves the right to amend, cancel, or postpone the giveaway without notice.
  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the email provided.
