Refunds and cancellation policy: For customers, MindBridge in-person training and webinar educational courses are offered per the terms of your contract agreement with MindBridge. Courses are included free of charge in your subscription and are not eligible for refunds. For non-customers, webinars are not eligible for refunds in instances where they are offered free of charge.

No credits will be issued for participants that fail to attend any portion of the registered course.

MindBridge may need to cancel, change, or reschedule a course at any time for reasons including but not limited to, lack of participation, equipment, weather or trainer availability. In this case, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and your MindBridge representative will work with you to reschedule as appropriate.
