Matthias Steinberg is Chief Operating Officer at MindBridge, where he leads the company’s operational strategy and execution. Working cross-functionally across product, customer, and go-to-market organizations, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and advancing MindBridge’s AI-enabled operating model.
Matthias brings more than 15 years of experience building, investing in, and scaling high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining MindBridge, he served as Chief Financial Officer at IONOS, Europe’s largest mass-market hosting provider, where he also served on the boards of several group companies. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and investment roles with Summit Partners and Lokad.
A frequent speaker on the future of finance and AI, Matthias works with enterprise leaders to help organizations adopt autonomous finance while strengthening governance and operational resilience. He holds a Master of Engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD.
