Sarah McGinnity is Audit & Assurance Practice Leader and Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer at MindBridge. She leads the company’s global Audit & Assurance practice, providing the domain expertise that shapes product direction, market credibility, and customer trust. As Chief of Staff to the CTO, Sarah works across MindBridge’s Product and Engineering organizations to strengthen operating models, connect customer insights to product strategy, improve cross-functional execution, and accelerate the company’s evolution into an AI-native product organization.
An accomplished engineer and technology leader, Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience delivering innovative enterprise software solutions and leading high-performing teams. She joined MindBridge in 2018 following a successful 16-year career at IBM and has been instrumental in advancing the company’s AI-powered audit and assurance solutions.
